Welcome to the New Richmond Police Department website.  Whether you are a resident, business owner or visitor to New Richmond we hope that you will find out town charming, safe and an enjoyable place to live, work and play.

The New Richmond Police Department is made up of 20 dedicated, highly trained officers who take the safety of our community very seriously.  We work hard to prevent problems before they happen and to quickly, fairly and impartially investigate and resolve situations that do occur.  We partner with the community to foster a spirit of cooperation and mutual support.

Our officers patrol in vehicle, on foot and by bicycle.  We are very proactive in our enforcement efforts, especially with traffic violations and "quality of life" issues that our community partners are concerned about.  We participate in several programs throughout the year such as "What's Holding You Back", "You Drink You Drive You Lose" and "Over the Limit Under Arrest".  We also conduct safety presentations and programs at the local school system on seat belt awarenes.  In addition we have a full-time School Resource Officer assigned to the New Richmond High School, New Richmond Middle School and the New Richmond Elementary School.

Please take the time to look around our site.  We will be adding new information as it becomes available, so check back often.  If you have any questions about our department, or concerns about your neighborhood, please let me know.  I can be reached at 513-553-3122 or dwilloughby@newrichmondpolice.com.

Sincerely,

Dave Willoughby
